All our dishes are prepared a la minute by an internationally experienced kitchen team, which gives the twist to our dishes. Influences from all over the world are found back on our menu and we are already well known for our daily changing specials. If you have a large party, or if there is anything you feel like in particular, we can always arrange to have your dinner cooked just for you, as we work only with fresh and honest products!

Our highly professional service staff is eager to please you from 4 pm to midnight, and is more than happy to advise you, might you need assistance on your choice for wine or on our extensive cocktail selection. Ideally located in front of the Occidental Resort (Former Allegro), we are visited both by individuals and families alike, as we have a kids playground and a kids menu to entertain them, so they can enjoy their dinner as much as you will yours!

We have entertainment every night at eight, and even after dinner the perfect night out continues, as you can shop till you drop since the shops on our friendly square are open until eleven. Parking is never a problem, our parking lot behind the restaurant is large enough for everyone. We accept all major credit cards, and reservations are suggested. Come inside our warm and inviting restaurant and see the artwork of our creative chef, or enjoy the live music under the stars.

The Chef

Allow me to introduce myself, my name is Dennis Zegelink and I am your chef here at “Fishes & More”. In this little intro I would like to introduce myself. I was born March 10th, 1982 and raised in Winterswijk, which is located in the most eastern part of the Netherlands. I attended the Culinary School of Doetinchem for 5 years. Here is where they taught me the fine tricks of the European Cuisine. When I graduated in all my courses and received my diplomas, I decided to expand my horizon. I decided to do so in growing my knowledge in different cuisines other than the European Cuisine. After traveling the world for a while I wound up on Aruba. I began working at “Moomba Beach”. After working there for 6 years, I got the opportunity to start cooking on a higher level. This is how I began here at “Fishes and More”. Since I started working here, I cultivated in how to prepare and cook fresh seafood and in how to supervise an international kitchenette team. I hereby would like to invite you, your family, and your friends to come and have dinner with me and experience fine dining on another level.
